	Hello, my name is Sandra Haynes. I work as a counsellor in private practice in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, and I am a professional member of the Counselling Association of South Australia. While I work with individuals as well as couples, the focus of my ongoing professional development is in relationship counselling.
My philosophy as a counsellor is that people are the experts in their own life with the potential to grow and change as well as to resolve their own problems. Consequently, I believe my role is to create a respectful space in which clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and actions and eventually arrive at solutions that are best for them and that fit with their own values. A supportive counsellor can be instrumental in helping you to make big life decisions, manage a source of stress in your life, advance your couple relationship through difficult times, or to feel better emotionally and physically.
